HSH Exercise Program
Training in the Hills is an exercise program run through Hills Sanctuary House in collaboration with the Tydal Fitness team. The focus is to provide consistency, connection to the natural environment, and an opportunity to exercise in a way that encourages and sustains mental health and wellbeing.
You will be required to sign a participant waiver form through Tydal Fitness before training commences.

Term 3 will resume on Wednesday 23rd July and finish up on Wednesday 24th September – this will be a 10 week term.
